Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested only if any one of the following conditions apply:
- The item received is physically damaged
- The item received has missing parts
- The item received is different from the product description mentioned on the product detail page
Important Notes:
- Refund requests must be made by writing to herbotrends2015@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Refunds will be processed only after verification by the seller’s personnel.
- If the claim is validated (physically damaged, defective, or wrong item), the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 10–12 business days.
Replacement Policy
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, replacements are not allowed under any circumstances.
We recommend reading product descriptions carefully and ensuring the product meets your requirements before purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from the warehouse.
- If a customer refuses to accept delivery, both the forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted and charged to the customer.
- If cancellation is required before dispatch, customers must contact us immediately at info@herbotrends.com with the order number.

Storage Responsibility
Upon receiving the product:
- Please follow the storage conditions mentioned on the back of the product pack.
- No refunds or replacements will be entertained for quality loss or damage due to improper storage.
Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, all matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pondicherry, India.
