Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days from the date of order placement.
Delivery is expected within 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location. High-order volumes may cause slight delays, in which case we will inform you by email or phone.
Once dispatched, shipment tracking and courier details will be sent via WhatsApp.
On the date of delivery, our delivery personnel will call to confirm your availability.

Delivery Requirements

Be available at the delivery address to receive the product.
The product may be delivered to you or someone authorized by you.
Signature is required upon delivery for authentication.

Delivery Attempts

A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery fails after both attempts, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed as per our terms.

Incorrect Address

HerboTrends is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
In such cases, the product will be returned to us and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.
The final shipping charge will be shown at checkout.
Freight charges may be higher in non-metro cities.

Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, all matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pondicherry, India.
