Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually processed within 2 business days from the date of order placement.
- Delivery is expected within 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location. High-order volumes may cause slight delays, in which case we will inform you by email or phone.
- Once dispatched, shipment tracking and courier details will be sent via WhatsApp.
- On the date of delivery, our delivery personnel will call to confirm your availability.
Delivery Requirements
- Be available at the delivery address to receive the product.
- The product may be delivered to you or someone authorized by you.
- Signature is required upon delivery for authentication.
Delivery Attempts
- A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made.
- If delivery fails after both attempts, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed as per our terms.
Incorrect Address
- HerboTrends is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- In such cases, the product will be returned to us and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.
- The final shipping charge will be shown at checkout.
- Freight charges may be higher in non-metro cities.
Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, all matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pondicherry, India.
