6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns unless the product is:

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
Note:
- A refund will be initiated after verification by personnel from the seller.
- In case the product is found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the description, the refund for the products will be done in the source mode of payment within 10-12 business days.
