Take sufficient quantity of Rhuma cure oil ,apply over the affected part , rub in circular motion for 2 to 3 mins for twice or thrice a day . use regularly for better results.

Karpura – Cinnamomum camphora – 2.5ml
Narikela -Cocos nucifera-1.5ml
Tila – Sesamum indicum-2.5ml
Lasuna – Allium sativum-1.5ml
Nimba – Azadirachta indica-2.0ml
